Terms, Scheduling & Refund Policy

Session Bookings
All sessions are scheduled in advance and conducted online unless otherwise stated. By booking a session, you acknowledge that you are reserving a dedicated time and energy commitment.
Sessions are intended for personal insight, reflection, and spiritual guidance. They are not a substitute for medical, legal, or mental health care.

Payments & Refunds
All purchases are final and non-refundable, including single sessions, group sessions, and packages.
Due to the nature of spiritual services and time-based scheduling, refunds are not available once a session or package has been purchased.

Rescheduling & Cancellations
Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled date and time.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments or no-shows, will be considered used sessions and are not eligible for rescheduling or credit.

Package Sessions
Packages are available to returning clients only and are intended for use by one individual unless otherwise specified.

• Package purchases are non-refundable

• Packages are non-transferable

• Sessions included in a package must be used within the stated validity period

• Package sessions follow the same 24-hour rescheduling policy as single sessions

Unused sessions remaining after the expiration period will be forfeited.

Group Sessions
Group sessions are priced per session, not per person, and are intended as a shared experience. Individual readings within group sessions are not guaranteed and are guided by Spirit.
Group sessions are not eligible for promotional pricing, returning-client discounts, or package credits unless explicitly stated.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late to a scheduled session, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect subsequent bookings. Full session fees apply.

Right to Refuse or End a Session
I reserve the right to refuse or end a session if behavior is inappropriate, abusive, or violates personal boundaries. In such cases, the session will be considered complete and non-refundable.

Agreement
By booking a session or purchasing a package, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
