No Refunds on Services.

All reservations are non refundable.

If the client is unable to attend, they are welcome to reschedule with the office at the next available time that Ms. St. John is available.  If the client does not show or reschedule, the client has 5 days to contact the office from the date that the appointment was missed, or they will have forfeited the appointment as well as all monies associated with that appointment. Clients may transfer their appointment to another person with written consent.

If for any reason Ms. St. John misses the appointment, the client is entitled to reschedule with her at the client's best date and

Ms. St. John will give an additional 10 more minutes to the appointment for free.  

Again, no refunds are ever given for services or reservations.  

Ms. St. John regrets that under some emergency circumstances or due to illness, she would have to reschedule your appointment if necessary. 

 

Ms. St. John is the legal owner of all readings under intellectual property rights and each client is in agreement to having the reading/session audio or visually recorded for her records.  (Since no two readings are alike, we may choose to record the reading for research and writing purposes.)  

 

Clients are encouraged to record their reading/sessions with

Ms. St. John, and use it for personal (non-professional) purposes.

All clients that book are certifying that they are 18 years or older.  Children are not allowed to book appointments without expressed written permission of a parent or guardian.  In case of this happening, refunds will not be given but will be transferable to an adult who can accompany the child. (if you are 16 and your parents get mad at Anne, you may have to wait two more years, sorry!)

Any misconduct or misbehavior, sexual harassment, illegal drug use or other form of physical or emotional harmful behavior toward

Ms. St. John or the office of Anne St. John, the Medium, or

The Natural Soul Center will result in the immediate termination of the reading/session and the forfeiture of all payment in full.  No refunds will be given if the reading or session is stopped by

Ms. St. John due to the bad behavior of the client or any of their associated party.  No exceptions. Seriously, I have had to do this at least ONCE for bad behavior, and it sucks to be that person!

All readings are considered intuitive interpretation for personal, educational and entertainment use only and are not to be confused with financial, emergency, legal, medical or any other professionally regulated advice.   "Entertainment use only" is a cool legal term for the fact Ms. St. John has no idea who in Spirit will show up for you or what Spirit will tell you and therefore cannot be respectfully, responsible for how the messages are interpreted.  

Any workshop and/or life coaching session is considered the intellectual property of Anne St. John and may not be copied or used for purposes other than personal use as intended

by the office of Anne St. John.

By booking an appointment with the office of Anne St. John, the Medium, all clients are in agreement to the terms and conditions stated above.
