Terms of Service & Appointment Policies

Nature of Services
All services provided are spiritual, intuitive, and mediumship-based in nature. Sessions may include evidential mediumship, psychic insight, spiritual guidance, and intuitive coaching.
Services are offered for personal insight, self-reflection, and spiritual growth purposes only. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice. No guarantees are made regarding outcomes, predictions, or future events.
By booking a session, the client accepts full personal responsibility for their interpretations, decisions, and actions following the appointment.

No Refund Policy
All services and appointments are strictly non-refundable.
Once a session is booked and payment is processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to missed appointments, dissatisfaction, change of mind, or inability to attend.

Rescheduling Policy (Client-Initiated)
Clients may reschedule their appointment with advance notice.

• Reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
• Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the session.
• Each appointment may be rescheduled one time without penalty.
• Additional reschedule requests may incur administrative fees at the discretion of the office.
Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the session.

Provider Rescheduling Policy
In the rare event that the office must reschedule an appointment due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, the client will be offered a new appointment date at the earliest availability.

As a courtesy, the rescheduled session will include an additional 10 minutes of reading time at no additional charge.

Such circumstances are expected to be rare, and every effort will be made to provide timely notice whenever possible.

Late Arrival Policy
Clients who arrive late will receive the remaining time of their scheduled session. Sessions will not be extended beyond the originally scheduled end time.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show at the discretion of the office.

Technology Policy (Zoom / Phone Sessions)
For virtual or phone appointments:
• If a call disconnects, the office will attempt to reconnect.
• Technical issues on the client’s end (internet failure, device malfunction, unfamiliarity with the platform, etc.) do not qualify for refunds or extensions.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring they are prepared and available at the scheduled time.

Recording Policy
Clients are encouraged to record sessions for personal use only.
Recordings may not be distributed, published, reproduced, edited, or shared publicly without prior written consent from the office.
The office reserves the right to record sessions for internal purposes, including research, documentation, and writing. All recordings remain the intellectual property of the office and will not be publicly released without the client’s written consent.

Transfer of Services
Sessions may be transferred to another individual only with prior written approval from the office.
Unauthorized transfers are not permitted.

Minors Policy
Clients under the age of 18 may not independently book appointments.
If a session is purchased for a minor:
• The appointment will be transferred to a parent or legal guardian.
• Written consent from the parent or legal guardian is required.
• The parent or legal guardian must attend the session with the minor.
All services remain non-refundable.

Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy
By booking a session, the client agrees not to initiate chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversals for services rendered.
Any attempt to dispute a valid charge for services provided will be considered a violation of this agreement and may result in collection action and permanent refusal of future services.

Right to Refuse Service
The office reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at any time for inappropriate behavior, harassment, intoxication, coercion, or failure to comply with these policies.

Agreement to Terms
By booking an appointment, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and policies listed above.
