Saratoga Springs has long been known as a destination for wellness, renewal, and transformation.
My goal is to bring compassionate guidance, spiritual connection, and personal growth opportunities to the Saratoga community through private sessions, educational events, and healing conversations.
Our New Home
Our journey has been anything but ordinary. Through every step, we've focused on staying true to our values and making space for thoughtful, lasting work.
What began as a passion to reconnect to my family has lead me to a new venue, and a new home, Saratoga Springs, NY.
We’re proud of where we’ve been and even more excited for what’s ahead. What sets us apart isn’t just our process—it’s the intention behind it. We take time to understand, explore, and create with purpose at every turn. I think we have found where we belonged all along!
As I continue building my future in the Saratoga Springs area, my intention is to create opportunities for healing, spiritual connection, and meaningful conversations that help people move forward with greater peace, purpose, and understanding.

While I currently work with clients throughout the United States through Zoom and phone appointments, I am actively building connections within Saratoga Springs, Middle Grove, and the surrounding Capital Region.
Future plans include local workshops, community events, speaking engagements, and opportunities for in-person gatherings focused on healing and wellness.
